Title: جودة المراجعة الداخلية ودورها في تفعيل إدارة المخاطر (دراسة ميدانية على المؤسسات الحكومية العاملة بولاية البحر الأحمر) Authors: الصادق محمد سالم الطيب Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the role of internal auditing in activating risk management in governmental institutions. In accordance with the nature of the study, the researcher followed the inductive – deductive, and descriptive analytical methodologies. The results of the study revealed that the quality of internal auditing services help the risk management administration to achieve it’s goals, facilitation of the current needs of the users of internal auditing services enhances the efficiency of risk management, and that the quality of the services provided by the internal auditing administration has an effective role in the risk management operation in governmental institutions. The study recommended the necessity that the risk management administration has to cope with economic changes and progress to avoid the potential risks that face governmental institutions and the necessity that these institutions should follow the rules and procedures concerning internal auditing to the extent required to achieve risk management goals.

Title: شعرية الخطاب السردي في رواية أتبرا خاصرة النهار لعادل سعد يوسف Authors: عبد الغفار الحسن محمد محمد أحمد Abstract: KoThis research aims to follow the poetic aspect, its elements, and techniques in the novel “Atbara, the Waist of the Day” by AdilSaadYoussif. We are trying to highlight this poetic aspect in this narrative artistic work and prove that it has been able to maintain its literal identity and its classification as a novel via the integrality of its narrative elements and techniques. The problematic this research is trying to study is contained in the following basic question: What are aspects of the poetic style in the novel “Atbara, the Waist of the Day” and in what are the major elements and aspects of their presence? To deal with this problematic, the research focused on looking for the elements of the poetic style and its aesthetics in this novel. The study concluded that this aspect is present in the novel. It is present in the wide usage of poetic forms and interior music in some narrative sections. It is although present via the condensed language and its aesthetics. Consequently, the discourse o the novel became attracting and capturing making the reader eager to follow its beauty, signs and connotations. As a result of that poetic aspect, the reader becomes less interested in the seriatim of the events which usually attracts the reader of traditional novels, concentrating on sequential and chronological concatenation, without caring to the beauty of the language, its ambiguity, its different connotations, or its images, which are very close this novel to the spirit of the poesy, in addition to their narrative values. This proves that the modern fiction production tend to qualitatively interfere with poesy in the current phase of its continual evolution

Title: النواسخ الحرفية بين ابن عقيل والأشموني في شرح الألفية (دراسة وصفيًة تحليليًة لمكونات الجملة في اللغة العربيًة) Authors: جمال الدين متوكل منصور الحسن Abstract: Using analytical method, the researcher targets at determining the differences in views between IBN-Aquil and AL-Ashmoony in the subject of AL-nwasikh ALharfia in their interpretation of ALfiat Ibn Malik. No one of thet two interpreters stood in fanaticism to support any one of the two rival grammar schools but Ashmoony appears to be more inclined to the "Basrian school", where he agreed with them on two different matters that the Kofe's school would not agree with . As for IBN- Aquil, he joined the Basrians on only one debated questions .and he kept away from dealing with all other points that were in dispute between the Basrians and Kofes. Both interpreters counterpoise between the congregation and the grammarians who were opposing their views. IBN-Aquil was in an agreement with the congregation, on one of questionable matters . For the rest of the debatable questions he is seen to have kept himself away without speaking his mind. On the other hand, AL-Ashmoony agreed with the congregation on one of the points argued and , while refraining from giving any thoughts about one. Both scholars opposed IBN-Malik in his dealing with so many grammatical issues. This strict opposition to IBN-Malik shows how independent and unique those men were. They had a lot to take against him. The most significant of which was his self contradiction on one of the grammatical issues in his ALFIA and some other written works of his, in general, AL-Ashmoony picked out more drawbacks in IBN-Malik's works than what IBN Oquail did The two scholars recorded many corrective remarks and elaborations on IBN-Malik's work, and there we can detect that AL-Ashmoony was much more particular about verifying and detailing other grammarian's ideas. so, many minute details can be traced in explanations that are associated with the different topics.
