Obstacles Facing by Applying Digital Learning in EFL Class Rooms (A case study_ Port Sudan primary stage

Abstract

The study investigates the issue of obstacles faced by English as a foreign language in the application of digital learning for students,this study aimed to identify the obstacles and problems facing English as a foreign language in the application of digital learning, while finding the most appropriate solutions and means that enable the improvement of the level of digital learning with the need for eLearning, The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the case study approach and used the computer statistics program (statistical packages for social sciences) through the data collected from the study community, which consisted of professor and students,the researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: There are obstacles facing digital education in relation to the educational component, there are obstacles facing digital education in relation to the technological component,there are obstacles facing digital education in relation to the administrative component, based on the findings of the above results, the researcher recommended numbers of recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity of raising the efficiency and capabilities of professors and administrators concerned with digital learning and increasing interest in students to raise their level of motivation and desire,providing digital educational institutions in a more comprehensive and broader way, and that they take the official governmental character instead of the private one,It is important to provide an appropriate work environment of personal computers, check, plans, program, research centers and educational materials in a modern digital format, and to create a philosophy of digital learning among community,digital education make linking of students with wide world by using electronic crosspendance and video conference,also digital education help many students to educated specific special causes students,digital education grow up the mentals ofstudents in primary schools.by now a few private schools adopted digital education by C.D and Flashes.recently Ministry of Education supported digital education by satalite T.V SUDAN Primary Education.

هذه الدراسة تبحث في موضوع العقبات التي واجهتها اللغة الانجليزية كلغة أجنبية في تطبيق التعلم الرقمي للتلاميذ,وهدفت هذه الدراسة الي تحديد العوائق والمشاكل التي تواجه اللغة الانجليزية كلغة أجنبية في تطبيق التعلم الرقمي, مع إيجاد أنسب الحلول والوسائل التي تمكن من تحسين مستوي التعلم الرقمي مع ضرورة التعليم الالكتروني. تبني الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي,ومنهج دراسة الحالة، واستخدم برنامج الاحصاء الحاسوبي (الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية) ، من خلال البيانات التي تم جمعها من مجتمع الدراسة الذي تمثل في اساتذة المدارس الرقمية, توصل الباحث الي عدد من النتائج من أهم هذه النتائج مايلي,هنالك عوائق تواجه التعليم الرقمي بالنسبة للمكون التعليمي. هنالك عوائق تواجه التعليم الرقمي بالنسبة للمكون التكنولوجي. هنالك عوائق تواجه التعليم الرقمي بالنسبة للمكون الاداري بناءا علي ماتوصل إليه الدارس من النتائج أعلاه ، يوصي بعدد من التوصيات أهمها, ضرورة رفع كفاءة وقدرات الاساتذة والاداريون المعنيين بالتعلم الرقمي, زيادة الاهتمام بالطلاب لرفع مستوي الدافعية والرغبة لديهم. توفير المؤسسات التعليمية الرقمية بصورة أشمل وأوسع وان تاخذ الطابع الرسمي الحكومي بدلا من الطابع الخاص, من الاهمية بمكان توفير بيئة عمل مناسبة من حواسيب شخصية وشبكات وخطط وبرامج ومراكز أبحاث ومواد تعليمية بصورة رقمية حديثة وخلق فلسفة التعلم الرقمي وسط المجتمع,حيث يعمل التعليم الرقمي علي ربط الطلاب بالعالم الواسع باستخدام التعليم المتبادل الالكتروني ومؤتمرات الفيديو,كما يساعد التعليم الرقمي العديد من الطلاب علي التعليم خاصة طلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة,وينمي عقليات الطلاب في المدارس الابتدائية,حتي الان أعتمد عدد قليل من المدارس الخاصة علي التعليم الرقمي عن طريق الاقراص المضغوطة والفلاشات,وقامت وزارة التربية والتعليم مؤخرا بدعم التعليم الرقمي عبر الاقمار الصناعية والقنوات الفضائية.
