البرامج التلفزيونية التفاعلية الثقافية وأثرها على اتجاهات الشباب السوداني (دراسة مسحية علي عينة مختارة من الشباب) ولاية البحر الأحمر

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف البرامج التلفزيونية التفاعلية الثقافية وأثرها على اتجاهات الشباب واقتصرت الباحثة هذه الدراسة في البرامج التفاعلية وخاصة شريحة الشباب لخطورة مرحلتها تشكل إنعطافاً حاسماً عن طريق تكوين شخصية الفرد ، وتتميز هذه المرحلة بالنشاط الفكري والجسدي والقدرة على التعليم والتأقلم . وتتلخص أهمية الدراسة في البحث المتواصل عن الظواهر الإعلامية المتجددة والمؤثرة في القيم الإسلامية التي تعزز الجانب السلبي في المجتمع العربي الإسلامي ودرجة ميول المستهلك العربي نحو الثقافة الغربية عبر التلفزيون التفاعلي باللغة العربية في الفضائيات العربية ، وهنا تبلورت لدي الباحثة فكرة اختيار ستة برامج تلفزيونية تفاعلية مؤثرة على الشباب وهي إستار أكاديمي ، سوبر إستار ، ذا فشن ومن ، بيوتي ماتش ، ذا فويس ، كلام نواعم ، لنشر الثقافة الغربية الهادفة لدى جيل الشباب يعد مصدراً خطيراً على المجتمعات النامية . ومن حيث المنهج استخدمت الباحثة منهج تحليل المضمون الذي يعتبر من أبرز المناهج المستخدمة في مجال الدراسات الإعلامية والاجتماعية ، وفي إطاره استخدمت منهج تحليل المحتوى والمنهج الإحصائي. واستعانت الباحثة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات بالملاحظة والمقابلة واعتمدت بصفة أساسية على صحيفة الاستقصاء (الاستبانة) التي صممتها ثم أصبحت الاستبانة في صورتها النهائية ومن ثم تم توزيعها على أفراد العينة. وبعد تفريغ البيانات في جداول ثم تحليلها واستخلاص النتائج . - وقسم البحث إلى خمسة فصول. اشتمل كل فصل على عدد من المباحث ، سعت إلى معرفة البرامج التلفزيونية التفاعلية ، والعولمة ، وتأثير التقنية الرقمية على القائم بالاتصال ودور البرامج التفاعلية في الإقناع الثقافي والاجتماعي والسياسي والاقتصادي ، وأثر البرامج التفاعلية الثقافية على الهوية الإسلامية ، الثقافة ودورها في تعزيز الإعلام الإسلامي التفاعلي ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج : - أزمة الاغتراب والتناقض التي يعيش ضمنها الشباب في دوامة لا متناهية من (المتغيرات السالبة) .

- أن الإعلام يمثل المفتاح الأول لغزو عقول الشباب في وقتنا الحالي وتغيير سلوكهم . - الفراغ العقلي والموضوعي كان سبباً أساسياً في الإحتماء بالفكر الغربي العالمي . - الاستلاب الفكري وتضييع أوقات الشباب في قضايا الهامشية يصد عن التنمية وهموم وقضايا الوطن . توصلت الدراسة إلى : - ضرورة تقديم برامج سودانية موازية لأساليب العرض والإخراج الموظف للتقنية ، تحمل القيم والثقافة السودانية والعادات والتقاليد مستوعبة لثقافة الشباب وميوله واتجاهاته ومشاكله بصورة تواكب المنتوج العالمي . - تدريب وتأهيل الكادر الإعلامي السوداني على أحدث طرق الإعداد والإنتاج والإخراج ومواكبة ما يعرض في الإعلام العالمي .

Abstract This study aimed to know interactive cultural television program and their affect to the youth. The researcher limited this study to interactive programs, specially the youth segment, because of the seriousness of this stage, which constitutes a decisive turning point in the formation of the individual's personality. This stage is characterized by intellectual and physical activity and the ability to learn and adapt. The importance of the study is summarized in the continuous search for renewed and influential media phenomena in Islamic values that reinforce the negative side in Arab society and the degree of Arab consumer inclinations towards Western culture Via interactive television in Arabic on Arab satellite channels here the researcher crystallized the idea of choosing six interactive television programs that have influence youth, namely Star Academy, super Star such as: the fashion women, beauty match, the soft talk, to spread Western culture aimed at the younger generation is still a developing societies. In term of methodology, the researcher used the content analysis approach, which considered one of the most prominent approaches used in the field of media and social studies, within the framework, the content analysis and statistical methods were used, in all data and information, the researcher used observation and interviews and relied mainly on the survey sheet and questionnaire that she designed. Then the questionnaire became in its final form and was then distributed to the sample members. After transcribing the data into tables, then analyzing it and drawing conclusions. The research divided in to Five chapters, each chapter consist a number of sections that sought to learn about interactive television programs, Globalization, the impact of digital technology on the communicator, and the role of interactive programs in cultural, social, political and economic persuasion, the impact of cultural interactive programs on Islamic identity, culture and its role in promoting interactive Islamic media. The most important result of the study are: -The crisis of alienation and contradiction in which young people live is an endless spiral of (negative variable). The media represents the first key to conquering the minds of young people today and changing their behavior. Mental and objective vacuum was the main reason for taking refuge in global Western thought. Intellectual alienation and wasting young people's time on marginal issues of the nation. -The main findings are :- The necessity of provide Sudanese programs for reasons of presentation and directing em - ployees of technology that carry Sudanese values, culture, tradition and habits that understand to youth culture tendency to his direction and his problem to be in a way that keeps space with the general product. Training and qualifying the Sudanese media staff on the latest methods of preparation, production and directing, keeping up with that is shown in the international media.
