الأنشطة اللوجستية في ميناء بورتســـودان وأثــــرها على تجارة المناطق الحرة السـودانيَّة (دراسة حالة منطقة البحر الاحمر الحرة في الفترة الزمنية "2007-2017م")

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق وتفعيل اللوجستيات في ميناء بورتسودان، والوقوف على الأنشطة اللوجستية بالميناء، والتعرف علي مدى كفاءتها ومساهمتها في تنشيط تجارة منطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة.

إتَّبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج الإحصائي، مستخدماً برنامج الحزم الإحصائيَّة (SPSS) في إعداد هذه الدراسة، وإعتمدت الدراسة في جمع البيانات علي المصادر الأولية المتمثلة في الإستبيان، المقابلات الشخصية، والمصادر الثانوية المتمثلة في المراجع، الدوريات، التقارير، المنشورات، الدراسات والبحوث المتخصصة ومواقع متفرقة من الشبكة العنكبوتية.

تمثَّلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في الآتى: - ضعف الخدمات اللوجستية بميناء بورتسودان مما أثر سلباً علي واردات وصادرات منطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة. - ضعق الأنظمة الكترونية متطورة تسهل عملية تداول البضائع الميناء الخاصة بمنطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة. - ضعف التعاون وتنسيق بين مكونات النقل البري الداخلي وإدارة الميناء وإدارة المنطقة الحرة لنقل البضائع من والي المنطقة الحرة.

تمثَّلت أهم توصيات الدراسة في الآتى: - تقديم خدمات لوجستية ذات كفاءة عالية لتشجيع حركة تجارة المنطقة الحرة. - العمل علي توفير أنظمة الكترونية متطورة لنسهيل عملية تداول البضائع داخل الميناء الخاصة بمنطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة. - ضرورة التعاون والتنسيق بين مكونات النقل البري الداخلي، إدارة ميناء بورتسودان وإدارة منطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة، لنفل البضائع الخاصة بالمنطقة الحرة.

ABSTRACT The study aimed to highlight the importance of applying and activating logistics in the Port of Sudan, and to examine the logistic activities in the port, and to identify its efficiency and its contribution to stimulating the trade of the Red Sea Free Zone. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the statistical approach, using the Statistical Package Program (SPSS) in preparing this study, and the study relied on gathering data on the primary sources represented in the questionnaire, and personal, and secondary sources represented in references, periodicals, reports, publications, specialized studies and research and separate websites. The most important results of the study were as follows: - Weak logistics services at Port Sudan port, which has negatively affected the imports and exports of the Red Sea Free Zone. - Sophisticated electronic systems facilitate the trading of cargo port for the Red Sea Free Zone. - Poor cooperation and coordination between the components of internal land transport, port management and free zone management for the transport of goods from the governor of the free zone. The most important recommendations of the study were as follows: - Providing highly efficient logistical services to encourage the free trade movement. - The Sudanese Border Commission shall provide the necessary political; Work to provide advanced electronic systems to facilitate the process of handling goods within the port of the Red Sea Free Zone. - Necessity cooperation and coordination between the components of the internal land transport, Port Sudan Port Administration and the Red Sea Free Zone Administration, in order to transfer cargo to the Free Zone.
