توافر معايير الكفايات التعليمية لدى معلمة رياض الأطفال بمحلية بور تسودان من وجهة نظر المشرف التربوي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي معايير توافر الكفايات التعليمية لدي معلمة رياض الأطفال بمحلية بورتسودان من وجهة نظر المشرف التربوي ومعرفة فروق توافر معايير الكفايات التعليمية وربطها بمعايير المتغيرات (التخصص والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة) . استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من المشرفين التربويين اللذين بلغ عددهم (20) مشرفاً تربوياً، ونظراً لطبيعة البحث الحالي فقد وجدت الباحثة أنه من الأفضل اختيار العينة من المجتمع بأكمله، واعتمدت الدراسة علي أداة الاستبانة ، وخلصت الدراسة علي النتائج التالية : - تتوافر الكفايات التعليمية الأساسية العامة لدى معلمة رياض الأطفال بمحلية بورتسودان بدرجة متوسطة. - يوجد اختلاف في توافر معايير الكفايات التعليمية لدي معلمة رياض الأطفال يعزى لمتغير التخصص لديهم لصالح المعلمات اللاتي يحملن تخصص رياض الأطفال. - يوجد اختلاف في توافر معايير الكفايات التعليمية لدي معلمة رياض الأطفال بمحلية بورتسودان يعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لديهم لصالح معلمات رياض الأطفال حملة الشهادات العليا الماجستير والدكتوراه. - يوجد اختلاف في معايير توافر الكفايات التعليمية لدي معلمة رياض الأطفال بمحلية بورتسودان يعزى لمتغير الخبرة لديهم عند مستوي (0.05) لصالح معلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المشرف التربوي لصالح ذوي سنوات الخبرة من (6- 10) سنوات . وتوصي الدراسة - باختيار معلمات رياض الأطفال وفق معايير أكاديمية ونفسية واجتماعية وأخلاقية محددة . - العمل على تطوير مهارات وكفايات معلمات رياض الأطفال من خلال التعلم المستمر والتدريب والإيفاد الخارجي .

Abstract The study aimed to identifying the standards for the availability of educational competencies for the kindergarten teacher in port Sudan locality from the point of view of the educational supervisors . Further the study comes to identify the difference of the educational competencies of the kindergarten teachers in port Sudan locality based on (specialization , scientific qualification and experience) . The study used the descriptive approach, the sample consisted of (40) educational supervisors due the nature of this study the research found that it better to use the study population . the study depended on the questionnaire as a tool and come up with the following result :- - the main and the basic educational competencies are available in the kindergarten teachers in port Sudan locality with medium degree . - General basic educational skills available to the kindergarten teacher locality Port Sudan moderately. - There is significant difference in the standards of educational competencies among the kindergarten in port Sudan locality from the point of view of the educational supervisors attributed to the educational qualification in favor of the teacher with master's and doctoral degree . - There is significant difference in the standards of educational competencies with kindergarten teachers in port Sudan locality from the points of view of educational supervisors factor on (0,05) in favor of teachers with experience of (6,16) years . The study recommends:- - choosing kindergarten teachers according to academic, psychological, social and ethical fixed criteria . - Work on developing educational skill competencies for the kindergarten teachers through continuous educational , training and abroad training .
