معوقات الإدارة المدرسية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية بمحلية بورتسودان من وجهة نظر المعلمين (وحدة الشرقي نموذجاً)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مدي تأثير معوقات الإدارة المدرسية في مدارس الأساس بمدينة بورتسودان، والتعرف علي الفروق بين تصورات مديري المدارس الأساسية بمحلية بورتسودان، نحو معوقات الإدارة المدرسية تعزي لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، النوع، عدد سنوات الخبرة) ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة (600) معلم ومعلمه، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من (50) معلماً ومعلمة ، بنسبة (8.2%) من مجتمع الدراسة فاستخدمت الباحثة عينة عشوائية طبقية من المجتمع الأصل تم توزيع أداة الدراسة عليهم، واعتمدت الدراسة علي أداة الإستبانة ، وخلصت الدراسة علي أهم النتائج : 1. تأثير المعوقات علي الإدارة المدرسية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية بمحلية بورتسودان وحدة الشرقي من وجهة نظر المعلمين وجاءت في معظم العبارات بدرجة مرتفعة جداً . 2. ضعف التواصل بين الإدارة والمعلمين، ضعف تدريب المعلمين علي أساليب التواصل مع المجتمع، ومن المعوقات التي كانت لها درجة تأثير كبيرة من محور المعوقات الإدارية قلة الحوافز المهنية لمدير المدرسة عدم ملائمة البرامج التدريبية للمدراء المدارس مع الواقع التعليمي ، كثرة عدد التلاميذ في الصف الواحد. 3. عدم وجود علاقة ذات بين تصورات مديري الأساسية بمحلية بورتسودان وحدة الشرقي نحو معوقات الإدارة المدرسية تعزي لمتغير النوع ، مما يدل علي أن نوع المعلم . 4. توجد فروق بين تصورات مديري المدارس الأساس بمحلية بورتسودان وحدة الشرقي نحو معوقات الإدارة المدرسية تعزي للمستوي التعليمي لصالح المدراء حملة الشهادات فوق الجامعية أي العليا (ماجستير / دكتوراه). 5. توجد فروق عند مستوي (0.05) بين متوسطات تصورات مديري المدارس الأساسية بمحلية بورتسودان نحو معوقات الإدارة المدرسية تعزي لمتغير (لعدد سنوات الخبرة) لصالح المعلمين ذوي سنوات الخبرة من (10- فأكثر) .

There are no statistical correlation between the perceptions of the fundamental principals of Port Sudan in the east towards the unit impediments school administration due to the variable type relationship, which indicates that the type of teacher (boys/girls). 4. There are significant differences between perceptions of school principals base in Port Sudan and the unity of the east towards the school management constraints attributable to the level of education for the benefit of managers degrees above any university graduate differences (MSc / PhD). 5. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean between the perceptions of secondary school principals in Port Sudan about the obstacles the school administration due to the variable (the number of years of experience) for the benefit of teachers with years of experience (10 and over).
