نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد (JIT) وأثره على تكلفة المنتجات في المنشآت الصناعية (دراسة ميدانية)

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة أثر تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد في خفض تكلفة المنتجات الصناعية. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفاهيم، أهداف، مقومات، مزايا وعيوب نظام الإنتاج في الشركات الصناعية السودانية. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي في تتبع الدراسات السابقة، المنهج الاستنباطي لتحديد أبعاد المشكلة وصياغة الفرضيات، المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الإطار النظري والمنهج الاستقرائي لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج؛ من أهمها ما يلي: - تطبق الشركات الصناعية السودانية نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد. - تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد يؤدي إلى تحقيق الجودة الإنتاجية. - تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد يؤدي إلى تخفيض تكاليف الإنتاج. بناءاً على تلك النتائج يوصي الباحث بالآتي: - ضرورة اهتمام إدارة الشركات بعقد برامج التطوير المستمر في المجالات ذات العلاقة بنظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد. - ضرورة تأمين إدارة الشركات الإمكانات المادية والاحتياجات البشرية لضمان تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد بنجاح.

Abstract

This study dealt with the impact of production system application of production system on time in reduction the cost of industrial products. The study aimed at identify the concept, goals, basic factors , features and defects of production system application in Sudanese industrial companies. The study followed the historical approach in tracking the literature review, the deductive approach to detect the dimensions of the problem and formulate the hypotheses, besides the descriptive approach to study the theoretical frame and inductive approach to test the study's hypotheses. The study reached to a number of results, the most important of which are the followings: - The Sudanese industrial companies applied the production system on time - The application of the production system on time leads to cost reduction. - The application of the production system on time lead to achieve the quality of production. Based on these results, the researcher recommends the following: - The management of the companies should embark on holding series of continuing development programs in the areas that relevant to production system on time. - The management of the companies should dedicate the financial potentials and human needs to guarantee the application of production system on time successfully.
