An Investigating into the Negligence effects of teaching Prewriting Stage on student's Handwriting ( A case study on Basic level Schools Students in Port Sudan locality)

Abstract

This study deals with the subject of neglecting the teaching prewriting activities to teach English letters. The aim of the study is to draw the attention of teachers and curriculum designers, and to indicate the importance of teaching prewriting activities in the curriculum on a regular basis. The study followed the analytical descriptive method through a questionnaire for teachers and assessment tests for the targeted students. The study reached a number of findings The most important are: - The lessons of prewriting activities in SPINE 1 are unclear and are not taught satisfactorily. - There is no guidance by the supervisor to his teachers of the subject and urged them to teach it. - Some teachers are unable to teach activities because they are not aware of its importance. Based on the above findings the study concluded the following recommendations: - The English language curriculum for beginners should include prewriting activities to teach English. - Urge teachers to train their students on these activities to raise the level of writing for beginners to learn English letters correctly. - The need to raise the degree of teaching prewriting activities importance among teachers and designers of educational curricula.

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع إهمال تدريس الأنشطة القبلية لتدريس حروف اللغة الانجليزية ,تهدف الدراسة إلى لفت انتباه المعلمين ومصممي المناهج وللدلالة على أهمية تدريس الأنشطة القبلية ، في المنهج الدراسي على أساس منتظم , .اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الاستبيان للمعلمين واختبارات التقويم للطلاب ,توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد . من النتائج من أهمها ما يلي: - دروس الأنشطة القبلية في كتاب ( اسباين 1) غير واضحة ولا يتم تدريسها بصورة مرضية. - ليس هناك توجيه من قبل المشرف لمعلمي المادة وحثهم على أهمية تدريسها. - بعض المعلمين غير قادرين على تدريس الأنشطة لعدم إلمامهم بأهميتها. بناء على النتائج أعلاه خلصت الدراسة إلى التوصيات التالية: - ضرورة أن يتضمن منهج اللغة الانجليزية للمبتدئين الأنشطة القبلية لتدريس حروف اللغة الانجليزية. - حث المعلمين على تدريب طلابهم على هذه الأنشطة لرفع مستوى الكتابة للمبتدئين لتعلم كتابة حروف اللغة الانجليزية بصورة سليمة. - الحاجة إلى رفع درجة أهمية تدريس الأنشطة القبلية بين معلمي ومصممي المناهج التعليمية .
