(( أثر إدارة الوقت على الأداء في المنظمات )) دراسة تطبيقية على وزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية والسمكية بولاية البحر الأحمر 2015م-2017م

Abstract

تناول هذا البحث أثر تنفيذ مفهوم ادارة الوقت و أثرها على العاملين و الموظفين في وزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية و السمكية بولاية البحر الأحمر , هدفت الدراسة الى تعريف مفهوم إدارة الوقت و واقع تطبيقه في وزارة الزراعة و الثروة الحيوانية والسمكية بولاية البحر الأحمر , مستوى أداء العاملين في وزارة الزراعة و الثروة الحيوانية والسمكية بولاية البحر الأحمر , أثر إدارة الوقت على أداء العاملين في وزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية والسمكية بولاية البحر الأحمر , تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التي تساعد العاملين على الإستغلال الأمثل لساعات العمل الرسمي و التي تساعد على تحسين الأداء في الداوئر الحكومية و بالأخص وزارة الزراعة و الثروة الحيوانية والسمكية بولاية البحر الأحمر . تمثلت مشكلة البحث في سؤالين : - ما هو واقع تطبيق إدارة الوقت لدى العاملين بوزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية و السمكية بولاية البحر الأحمر ؟ - ما هو أثر إدارة الوقت على أداء العاملين في وزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية و السمكية بولاية البحر الأحمر ؟ و اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و تحليل البيانات البحث بغرض الوصول الى نتائج و تفسيرات منطقية للبحث . توصل البحث لعدة نتائج منها: - انه ليس هنالك اهتمام من العاملين بعنصر الوقت في وزارة الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية و السمكية . - قبول العاملين في وزارة الزراعة و الثروة الحيوانية و السمكية المجاملات الاجتماعية أثناء الدوام . - سؤ استخدام الهاتف . التوصيات : - أوصى الباحث باهتمام الادارات في وزارة الزراعة بتخصيص برامج للتوعية بأهمية الوقت . - تحسين مستوى استخدام الموارد عن طريق . - تدريب المؤوسين على تفويض الصلاحيات . - نشر الوعي باهمية الوقت و تشجيع العاملين من خلال الحوافز التي تزيد من اهتمامهم بالوقت . - اجراء المزيد من البحوث و الدراسات التي تصب في ادارة الوقت . - تهيئة مناخ مناسب يساعد العاملين على اداء المهام الموكلة اليهم براحة ودون ضغوطات نفسية .

ABSTRACT

This study tackled the impact of the implementation of the concept of time management and its impact on workers and employees in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the State of the Red Sea. The study aimed to define the concept of time management and its application in the Ministry of Agriculture, The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the State of the Red Sea, the impact of time management on the performance of workers in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the State of the Red Sea, to provide a set of recommendations that help workers to optimize the use of official working hours Has helped to improve performance in government dailies, particularly the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the Red Sea State. The problem with the search was two questions: - What is the reality of the application of time management for employees of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the Red Sea State? - What is the impact of time management on the performance of workers in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the State of the Red Sea? The researcher followed the analytical descriptive method and the analysis of the research data in order to reach logical results and explanations of the research. The research reached several results: - There is no interest from the time component of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. - Acceptance of employees of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries during the course of work. - Misuse of the phone. Recommendations: - The researcher recommended with interest departments in the Ministry of Agriculture to allocate programs to raise awareness of the importance of time. - Improve the level of use of resources by. - Training Almosain on the delegation of powers. - Raising awareness of the importance of time and encouraging employees through incentives that increase their interest in time. - Conducting more research and studies that will lead to time management. - Create an appropriate atmosphere that helps workers to perform tasks entrusted to them comfortably and without psychological pressure.
