Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الي تسليط الضوء علي شركة الخطوط البحرية السودانية وذلك لما لها من أهمية اقتصادية وإستراتيجية كبري مما يدعو للاهتمام والنهوض بهذه الشركة. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الإحصائي في تحليل البيانات. فضلا عن المراجع والدوريات والبيانات الإحصائية المتوفرة. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة:- - هنالك أهمية كبري للناقل البحري الوطني ودوره على مستوى النشاط الاقتصادي والإستراتيجي للدولة. - شكل الهيكل التنظيمي الإداري في شركة الخطوط البحرية السودانية مصدر لكثير من المشاكل التي تواجه هذه الشركة . - عدم توفر الدعم المالي من الدولة أعاق تحديث الأسطول في الشركة. من أهم التوصيات:- - ضرورة الاهتمام بالشركة من خلال تخصيص المزيد من الإعتمادات والتسهيلات لها من قبل الدولة . - ضرورة إعادة النظر في الهيكل التنظيمي الإداري. - العمل على تجديد الأسطول بسفن أكثر كفاءة واحدث نوعا حتى تتمكن من المساهمة الفعالة في نقل التجارة الخارجية للسودان وغيره من الدول .

Abstract -The aim of thie study is to highlight the Sudan Shipping Lines Company because of its big importance and strategyical role and significant interest for the national economy. The study followed the descriptive and analytical methodology. as well as references, periodicals and statistical data available. The most important results of the study are as follows. -There is great importance of the national maritime carriers and ito role at the level of strategic and economical activity for the national economy of the country. - The administrative organizational structure in Sudan Shipping. Lines Company form the source of many menace facing thie company development. -The lack of financial support from the central government hindered the fleet modernization in the company. The most important recommendations are: - -The need to focus on the company through the allocation of more credits and facilities by the central government. - The need to reconsider the administrative organizational structure. - Work on the renewal of the fleet by introducing more efficient modern types of vessels that can effectively contributes in transfer the international trade of Sudan.
