العلاقة بين تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9001 وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية للشركات (دراسة حالة شركة دال للصناعات الغذائية )

Abstract

هدف البحث إلى توضيح الدور الذي يؤديه نظام ISO 9001 في تطوير وتحسين القدرة التنافسية للشركات وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في ما مدى مساهمة نظام المواصفات القياسية العالمية ISO 9001 في تحقيق وتنمية الميزة التنافسية للشركات ، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الاستنباطي في صياغة مشكلة وفروض الدراسة ، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة بيانات الدراسة الميدانية ومنهج دراسة الحالة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج أهمها : - توجد علاقة إيجابية بين تطبيق نظام الأيزو(ISO: 9001) وتخفيض التكاليف وضمان الجودة العالية وكذلك توفير الوقت. وتمثلت أهم التوصيات في الأتي : - تبني المواصفات القياسية العالمية للمنتجات ، مع التأكيد على ضرورة توفير جهة خاصة بالرقابة على تطبيق هذه المواصفات. - زيادة الاهتمام والوعي بضرورة تطبيق كافة أبعاد الجودة الشاملة، حتى لو استدعى ذلك إدخال بعض التغيير أو التعديل. - تعميم ثقافة الجودة في جميع مستويات المؤسسة، وتدريب العمال على مفاهيم الجودة والتأكد من استيعابهم لها لضمان تحقيقها على الوجه السليم، والارتقاء بالأداء العام للمؤسسة.

Abstract The research aims to clarify the role played by ISO 9001 system to develop and improve the competitiveness of companies . The research problem focuses on the contribution system to international standards ISO 9001 in the investigation and development of competitive advantage for companies The research adapted the deductive approach in the formulation of the problem and the study hypotheses , the descriptive and analytical approach in dealing with the field study along with the study cases . The most important findings of the study were : -There is a positive relationship between the obligation to apply the ISO -9001 system and achieving cost reduction , ensuring high quality and also gaining time . The most important recommendations recommended by the study : - Adopt international standards with an emphasis on the need to provide special control over the point of application of these specifications - Increase interest and awareness and the need to apply all the overall dimensions of quality, even if it was summoned , to introduce some change or amendment - Dissemination of quality culture at all levels of the organization and training of workers to the concepts of quality and ensure that they properly and to improve the overall performance of the institution
