دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي على الأداء الاستثماري (دراسة حالة منطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة ، 2012-2015)

Abstract

تناول البحث أثر التخطيط الإستراتيجي على الأداء الاستثماري ، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في مدى تأثير التخطيط الإستراتيجي على الأداء الاستثماري ، وهدف البحث إلي الوقوف على واقع التخطيط الاستراتيجي بالمنطقة الحرة بولاية البحر الأحمر. وأتبع الباحث المنهج الاستنباطي في صياغة مشكلة وفروض الدراسة ومنهج دراسة الحالة ، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة الميدانية. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث : - وجود علاقة بين توفر القناعة الكاملة لدى الإدارة العليا ووضع الخطط الإستراتيجية في المنطقة الحرة بولاية البحر الأحمر. - عدم وجود علاقة بين توفر الموارد الكافية والقيام بعملية التخطيط الإستراتيجي السليم بالمنطقة الحرة بولاية البحر الأحمر. - عدم وجود علاقة بين توفر الكوادر المؤهلة وتطبيق الخطط الإستراتيجية بالمنطقة الحرة بولاية البحر الأحمر . ومن أهم التوصيات التي أوصى بها الباحث : - ضرورة زيادة اهتمام الإدارة العليا للمنطقة الحرة بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتحديد واختيار خطة وإستراتيجية العمل الملائمة ، ومواكبة الإدارة العليا للتطور والمستجدات الحضارية وذلك بإتباع أساليب مبتكرة في التخطيط الإستراتيجي. - يجب أن تتوافر بيئة ثقافية داعمة وملزمة لعملية التخطيط الإستراتيجي بالمنطقة الحرة.

Abstract This research addressed the impact of the strategic planning on the investment performance. The problem of the research represents in the range of strategic planning influencing on the investment performance. The research aimed at standing on the reality of strategic planning in the free zone in Red Sea state. (FZ.RSS). The research followed the deductive approach in drafting the problem and hypotheses of the research, in addition to a case study and descriptive analytical approach in the field study. The most important results of the research: - There is a relationship between availability of full conviction to the senior management and setting the strategic plans in FZ.RSS. - There is no relationship between the availability of sufficient sources and carrying out proper strategic planning process in FZ.RSS. - There is no relationship between the availability of qualified staff and implementing strategic plans in FZ.RSS. The most important recommendations: - The senior management should increase their interesting in strategic planning of FZ.RSS the free zone, determining and selecting the appropriate business strategy plan. - The senior management should keep up with the modern development by adopting innovative approaches in strategic planning. - Supportive cultural environment should be available and bound to strategic planning process at FZ
