أثر إدارة الوقت على الإنتاجية (دراسة حالة: هيئة الموانئ البحرية السودانية – الميناء الجنوبي) الفترة من 2010 – 2015م

Abstract

هدف البحث لمعرفة أثر إدارة الوقت على الإنتاجية، ومعرفة الوسائل التي تساعد على إدارة الوقت وزيادة الإنتاجية، بالإضافة إلى معرفة الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى ضياع الوقت وكيفية التغلب عليها وذلك بهيئة الموانئ البحرية السودانية – الميناء الجنوبي. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برامج (spss) كما تم استخدام اختبار (t) لاختبار الفرضيات. وخلص البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: _أن اهتمام الإدارة والعاملين بإدارة الوقت بالميناء الجنوبي ساعد على زيادة الإنتاجية. _أن تطبيق الأساليب الإدارية بالعمل في الميناء الجنوبي ساعد على إدارة الوقت وزيادة الإنتاجية. _أن استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في العمل بالميناء الجنوبي ساعد على استثمار الوقت وزيادة الإنتاجية. - أن البرامج التدريبية التي تقدمها الإدارة للعاملين بالميناء الجنوبي تفي باحتياجاتهم وتساعدهم على إدارة الوقت وزيادة الإنتاجية. وخلص البحث إلى العديد من التوصيات أهمها: - المزيد من الاهتمام بالوقت وحسن استثماره وتجنب مضيعاته باعتباره سبب رئيسي لنجاح الأفراد والمؤسسات وزيادة الإنتاجية. - العمل على استغلال الوقت وزيادة الإنتاجية عن طريق تطبيق الأساليب الإدارية في العمل. - مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية خصوصاَ التي تتضمن استخدام الطرق الحديثة في عمليات الإنتاج من أجل ترشيد الوقت وزيادة الإنتاجية. -العمل على إعداد برامج تدريبية تساعد العاملين على التوظيف الفعال لأوقاتهم وتطوير مهاراتهم وتحسين أدائهم وزيادة إنتاجيتهم.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the effect of time management on productivity, and find out ways that help in managing time and increase productivity, as well as knowledge of the causes that lead to loss of time and how to overcome them,referring to Sudan Seaports Corporation - the Southern Port.The researcher followed the descriptive analytical and historical method and (SPSS) program and (T (test to examine the hypotheses. The research came out with some results including: -The attention of the administration and staff of time management at the southern port, helped to increase productivity. -The application of administrative methods to work in the southern port helped to manage time and increase productivity. - The use of modern technological methods in the Southern Port helped in investing time and the increase of productivity. - The training programs provided by the Administration for workers at the Southern Port meet their needs and help them to manage time and increase productivity. The research concluded with a number of recommendations: - Pay more attention fortime investment and avoidlosing it as a major reason for the success of individuals and institutions and increase of productivity. -Make use of time and increase productivity through the application of management techniques at work. - Keep pace with technological developments, particularly involving the use of modern methods of production processes in order to rationalize the time and increase productivity. - Prepare training programs to help workers to make use of time and develop their skills and improve their performance and increase their productivity
