أثر إدارة الوقت على زيادة الإنتاج دراسة تطبيقية على هيئة الموانئ البحرية 2010م – 2014م

Abstract

تناول هذا البحث إدارة الوقت وأثرها على زيادة الإنتاج في هيئة الموانئ البحرية. هدف البحث إلى معرفة كيفية استغلال وتطبيق إدارة الوقت وأثرها على زيادة الإنتاج ، كما هدفت إلى معرفة الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى إهدار الوقت. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة إضافة إلى المنهج التاريخي في تتبع الأدبيات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق إدارة الوقت في المؤسسة وبين زيادة الانتاج فيها - غالبية الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى إهدار الوقت تأتي من العاملين أنفسهم - كثير من العاملين بالمؤسسات لا يدركون أهمية الوقت بناء على النتائج أعلاه توصل البحث إلى التوصيات التالية : - ضرورة تعميق الوعي لدى العاملين بهيئة الموانئ البحرية بأهمية إدارة الوقت وتوظيفه لزيادة الانتاج. - تكثيف الدورات التدريبية للعاملين في مجال إدارة واستثمار الوقت. - ضرورة تبني ثقافة الإدارة الجيدة للوقت وموارد الانتاج.

Abstract The study addressed Time Management (TM) and its impact on increasing production in Sea Ports Corporation (S.P.C.) The study aimed at identify how to use and apply TM and how it impacts on increasing production, in addition to know reasons that lead to waste time. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive, case study and historical approaches to track the literature reviews that relevant to this study. The most important results are as the followings: - There is Statistical significant relationship between TM application in the Est. and increasing production. - Most reasons that lead to waste time, made by workers themselves. - Most of workers at Establishments, do not aware the importance of time.

Based on the above results; the study recommends the followings: - The necessity to deepen SPC.’s workers awareness with importance TM, and to use it to increase production - Intensify training courses for Staff in the field of running and invest time - The necessity to adopt the excellent management culture of time and production sources.
