أثر تطبيق الأنشطة اللوجستية في التوكيلات الملاحية علي كفاءة الأداء (دراسة تطبيقية علي شركة الأرباب للملاحة) 2012-2017

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى توضيح أثر تطبيق الانشطة اللوجستية على تنظيم حركة انسياب السلع والخدمات فى التوكيلات الملاحية من أجل اشباع احتياجات العميل من خلال التحكم فى انسياب وتخزين السلع والخدمات والمعلومات المصاحبة لها مما يؤدي سرعة تسليم البضائع وبالتالي خفض تكلفة الواردات. - اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى من خلال جمع البيانات من مصادر أولية المقابلات وثانوية كتب مراجع و دراسات سابقة لتغطية مجمل فصول البحث والتى تشكل الاطار الاساسي للبحث. و توصلت الدراسة الي عدة نتائج أهمها: - - أن عملية تطبيق الانشطة اللوجستية في التوكيلات الملاحية يؤدى الى خفض تكلفة الواردات. - أن عملية تطبيق الانشطة اللوجستية في التوكيلات الملاحية يؤدى الى خفض زمن الدورة المستندية وتوحيد المستندات المستخدمة في ألاجراءات. - أن عملية تطبيق الانشطة اللوجستية في التوكيلات الملاحية يؤدى الى سرعة تسليم البضائع والذي يترتب عليه سرعة دوران الحاويات والتي هي الاداة الرئيسية في عملية النقل مما يؤدي الي الاستفادة القصوي منها. - من اهم التوصيات التي يوصي بها الباحث:- - ضرورة تطبيق الانشطة اللوجستية في التوكيلات الملاحية بما يؤدى الى خفض تكلفة الواردات و سرعة تسليم البضائع والذي يترتب عليه سرعة دوران الحاوية والسفينة. - ضرورة خفض زمن الدورة المستندية وتوحيد المستندات المستخدمة في ألاجراءات . - ضرورة تطوير محطة الحاويات بميناء بورتسودان الجنوبي للوصول الي مرحلة الكفاءه اللوجستيه بما يؤدي لزيادة القدره التنافسيه وتكامل الانشطة اللوجستية في التوكيلات الملاحية والمواني البحرية.

ABSTRACT

The study aimed to clarify the impact of the application of logistical activities on organizing the flow of goods and services in navigational agencies in order to satisfy the needs of the customer through controlling the flow and storage of goods and services and the information accompanying them, which leads to the speed of delivery of goods and thus reducing the cost of imports. - The study followed the descriptive analytical approach through collecting data from primary sources, interviews, secondary references book and previous studies to cover the entirety of the research chapters, which constitute the basic framework for the research. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: - The process of applying logistical activities in shipping agencies reduces the cost of imports. - - The process of applying logistical activities in navigational agencies leads to a reduction in the documentary cycle time and standardization of documents used in the procedures. - The process of applying logistical activities in shipping agencies leads to the speed of delivery of the goods, which results in the speed of container turnover, which is the main tool in the transportation process, leading to the maximum benefit from them. Among the most important recommendations recommended by the researcher: - - The necessity of applying the logistical activities in the shipping agencies in a way that leads to reducing the cost of imports and the speed of delivery of the goods, which results in the speed of turnover of the container and the ship. - The necessity of reducing the documentary session time and unifying the documents used in the procedures. - The necessity of developing the container terminal in the southern port of Sudan to reach the stage of logistical efficiency in a manner that leads to an increase in competitiveness and the integration of logistical activities in maritime agencies and seaports.
