أهمية تفعيل ميناء بورتسودان كمركز لوجستي لخدمة تجارة السودان الخارجية والدول المغلقة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى تأكيد أهمية ميناء بورتسودان في دعم تجارة السودان الخارجية والدول المغلقة عن طريق تقديم كافة الخدمات اللوجستية وخدمات القيمة المضافة . إتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للبيانات معتمد على المصادر الأولية لجميع البيانات عن طريق المقابلات الشخصية للمختصين في المجال والمصادر الثانوية المتمثلة في المراجع والكتب والمجلات ذات الصلة . توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها :ـ - يحتاج ميناء بورتسودان للعديد من الإصلاحات في مجال البنيات الأساسية المتمثلة في زيادة الأرصفة ذات الأعماق المناسبة والآليات الحديثة . - يفتقد ميناء بورتسودان للمقومات الأساسية للأنشطة اللوجستية من خدمات القيمة المضافة وخدمات دول الجوار المغلقة . توصلت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها :ـ - التوسع في إنشاء الأرصفة ذات الأعماق التي تمكن من إستقبال السفن الكبيرة وإستجلاب معدات مناولة حديثة . - تشجيع إنشاء انشطة خدمات القيمة المضافة ومراكز التوزيع وتوفير مقومات إجتذاب تجارة الترانسيت وتوفير البيئة المناسبة لخدمة تجارة الترانزيت لخدمة دول الجوار .

Abstract The study aimed to explain the importance of Port Sudan Port in supporting trade in Sudan.

The study followed the descriptive analytical method of the data based on the primary sources of all data through personal interviews for the specialists in the field and the secondary sources represented in the references, books and related magazines. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - Port Sudan Port needs many reforms in the field of infrastructures represented by increasing the berths with suitable depths and modern mechanisms. - The Port of Sudan lacks the basic ingredients for logistical activities, including value-added services and closed-country services. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: - Expanding the construction of berths with depths that enable receiving large vessels and bringing modern handling equipment. - Encourage the establishment of value-added services activities and distribution centers, and provide the ingredients to attract transit trade and provide the appropriate environment to serve transit trade to serve neighboring countries.
