تأثيـــر مستخلصـــات نبـــات الهمبوك علــى بعــض أنـــواع البكتيــريا Streptococcus bacteria

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع استخدام بدرة نبات الهمبوك ( Abutilion dactilion) على البكتيريا العقدية الذهبية الممرضة للإنسان وإمكانية استخدام مستخلصات طبيعية علاجية لعلاج تقرحات الجلد واللثة . هدفت الدراسة إلى استخدام بدرة نبات الهمبوك ( Abutilion dactilion)وتجريبها على البكتيريا العقدية الذهبية إضافة إلى توفير مرجعية أكاديمية عن نبات الهمبوك( Abutilion dactilion) واستخداماته المختلفة ، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي التحليلي ، حيث تم استخدام بدرة النبات في صورة جافة وكمستخلص مائي بالإضافة لاختبار حساسية البدرة للبكتيريا العنقودية ، من خلال الدراسة توصلنا أن هنالك تأثير من استخدام نبات الهمبوك( Abutilion dactilion) في علاج تقرحات الجلد واللثة ومن نتائج اختبار الحساسية أن البكتيريا تتأثر ايجابيا بمستخلصات نبات الهمبوك( Abutilion dactilion) كما تزيد الفاعلية كلما ذات الجرعة . وتوصلت الدراسة في خاتمتها الى مجموعة توصيات اهمها - دراسة التركيب الكيميائي لنبات الهمبوك( Abutilion dactilion) . - العمل على توعية المجتمعات بأهمية نبات الهمبوك( Abutilion dactilion) وخاصة العشابين . - ضرورة توفير البيئة المناسبة لاستزراع نبات الهمبوك ( Abutilion dactilion) .

Abstract This study dealt with the use of Abutilion dactilion seed oil on the human Streptococcus bacteria, and the possibility of using natural extracts for the treatment of ulcers of the skin and gums. The study aimed at the use of Abutilion dactilion seed and experiment on the golden streptococcus bacteria, in addition to providing an academic reference on the Abutilion dactilion plant and its various uses. The study followed the analytical experimental method. The plant was used in three phases: dry form ,water extract and sensitivity test of the streptococcus bacteria. There is an effect from the use of Abutilion dactilion in the treatment of ulcers of the skin and gums One of the results of the sensitivity test is that the bacteria are positively affected by the Abutilion dactilion plant extracts.also there are apossitve relation between the effectiveness and dosees . The study concluded with a set of recommendations - Studying the chemical composition of the Abutilion dactilion plant. - The need to extract effective substances from the different parts of the plant Abutilion dactilion. - Work to raise awareness of the importance of Abutilion dactilion plants, especially Herblists. - The need for an appropriate environment for the cultivation of the Abutilion dactilion plant
