Abstract

مستخلص الرسالة مقدم لمجلس أساتذة جامعة البحر الاحمر إستكمالاً لمتطلبات درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الميكانيكية (إدارة أنظمة القدرة والطاقة ) اختبار جودة الحديد بواسطة الهيئة السودانية للمواصفات والمقاييس دراسة تطبيقية على الهيئة السودانية للمواصفات والمقاييس ،ولاية البحر الأحمر(2017 ـ2021م) حسن علي محمد نور عمر ابريل 2021م المشرف الرئيسي : الدكتور/ محمد المبارك يوسف كلية الدراسات العليا جامعة البحر الاحمر يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أهمية الحديد كمعدن ومنتج مهم جدا في السودان بمنتجاته وأنواعه المختلفة.دور الهيئة السودانية للمواصفات والمقاييس (SSMO) في اختبار جودة الحديد ، وتحديد الوسائل والطرق التي يمكن أن تكشف عن الغش والغش في معايير تصنيع الحديد ، من خلال التجارب المعملية على منتجات الحديد وتتبعها ، تطبيق طريقة الاختبار أوصت به SSMO. كما تقوم "SSMO" بحملات مكثفة لتنوير التحذير والوعي بمخاطر التصنيع محليًا أو المستوردة بممتلكات خارج مواصفات "SSMO". اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتجريبي والتطبيقي. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها ما يلي: الاختبارات على منتجات الحديد المختلفة عن طريق هيئات الاختبار ، بما في ذلك "SSMO" لها دور ملموس في اختبار جودة الحديد وحماية المستهلك والطرق والوسائل التي تتبعها "SSMO" يتم التحكم فيها بشكل تلقائي وحازم للكشف عن أي تغييرات في مواصفات تصنيع الحديد تكثف "SSMO" باستمرار حملاتها التوعوية والتحذيرية لمخاطر عدم مطابقة المواصفات المطلوبة للحديد سواء تم إنتاجه محلياً أو مستوردة ، كما تم أخذ ثلاث عينات حديد عشوائية من السوق ، وأظهرت هذه العينات نتائج مختلفة وتوصي الدراسة. الأتى: ضرورة إعادة تفعيل دور "SSMO" في الرقابة والتفتيش على إنتاج الحديد والصلب والعمل على إعادة تفعيل القوانين القاسية لتكون أكثر تحفظًا ضد أولئك الذين يغيرون مواصفات الحديد ، يجب نشر ثقافة الجودة بين مستهلكي منتجات الحديد تأكد من حصولهم على نوع جيد من الحديد.

This research aimed at stating the importance of iron as a metal and a very important product in Sudan with its different types and forms of products. the role of Sudanese Standard Metrology Organization (SSMO) in testing the quality of Iron, identifying means and methods that can find out fraud and cheating in the standards of iron manufacturing, through laboratory experiments on iron products and tracking, The application of The testing method recommended by the SSMO. The "SSMO" also carry intensive campaigns for enlightenment of warning and awareness with risks of manufactured locally or imported with properties outside the "SSMO" specification. The research followed the descriptive analytical, experimental and applied method. The research reaches several results, the most important are as follows: Tests on different iron products by testing bodies, including The "SSMO" has a tangible role in testing the quality of Iron and consumer protection and Methods and means followed by 'SSMO' are decisively and firmly controlled automatically to detect any changes in Iron manufacturing specifications ,The "SSMO" continuously intensifies its awareness and warning campaigns for the risks of non-matching the required specifications of Iron, whether produced locally or imported also Three random Iron samples were taken from the market, and these samples showed different results The study recommends the following: The necessity to reactivate the role of "SSMO' in controlling and inspection of the Iron and steel production and Working on reactivating harsh laws to be more restraint against those who change Iron specifications ,Culture of Quality should be disseminated among consumers of the Iron's Products to ensure that they have get good type of Iron.
