الإتجاهات الحديثة للتجارة الدولية في ظل العولمة الإقتصادية

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة الاتجاهات الجديدة للتجارة الدولية في ظل العولمة الاقتصادية، وقد هدفت الى معرفة الواقع واستقراء المستقبل من خلال دراسة التطورات الاقتصادية التي شهدها العالم بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية،وفهم العلاقة بين الدول المتقدمة والدول النامية. تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة تطور النظام التجاري الدولي كجزء أصيل من منظومة الاقتصاد العالمي الذي مرِ بمراحل عديدة منذ نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية. وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية:- - سياسات التحرير التي شملت الدول النامية أضرت كثيراً بإقتصادياتها وذلك لعدم جاهزيتها للدخول في منافسات غير متكافئة وغير عادلة مع دولٍ تتمتع بإمكانات اقتصادية هائلة. - أثبت النظام الاقتصادي العالمي ديناميكيته من خلال تطوره من مرحلة لأخرى ،آخذاً بذلك التجارة الدولية لتحقيق أهدافه كمحرك للنمو والتنمية. - الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات والتكتلات الاقتصادية الكبرى تساهم بفاعلية في رسم السياسات والاتجاهات الجديدة للتجارة والاستثمارات العالمية. وأوصت الدراسة بالآتي:- - لفهم أهداف التجارة الدولية الحقيقية والواقعية لابد من دراسة مراحل تطور التجارة الدولية بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية لمعرفة اتجاهاتها الغير معلنة. - لتكوين تجارة دولية عادلة ومنصفة لابد من وضع قوانين ولوائح تنظم التجارة الدولية بصورة حيادية بدءاً بمعالجة قوانين منظمة التجارة العالمية. - الأزمات التي مرَ بها الاقتصاد العالمي منذ نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية وحتى بداية الألفية الثالثة أثبتت واقعياً وعملياً حاجة النظام الاقتصادي العالمي للتشريعات والنظم الإسلامية التي تنظم المعاملات بما فيها التجارة الدولية. Abstract

The objective of the study were to elucidate trends of international trade in the context of economic globalization, the reality and extrapolate the future trend through the study of economic developments in the world after the Second World War, and understanding of the relationship between developed and developing countries. The study followed the descriptive analytical method to study the evolution of the international trading system as an integral part of the global economy that has passed through several stages since the end of World War II. The study found the following results:- - Competitions among developing countries were unequal and unfair countries have enormous economic potential. - Global economic system are same dynamic through in its evolution, taking this international trade to achieve its objectives as an engine for growth and development. - Multinational corporations and major economic blocks contribute effectively in policy-making and new directions for global trade and investment. The study recommended the following: - - To understand the real objectives of international trade and the study recommended the evolution of international trade after second World War better understanding of the evaluation unexpressed. - To create an international trade which is fair and equitable to be put laws and regulations governing international trade impartially should be addressed through WTO rules. - Crises experienced by the global economy since the end of World War II until the beginning of the third millennium should be realistic and practical needs of the global economic system of Islamic legislation and regulations governing transactions, including international trade.
