التفاؤل وعلاقته باستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس مرحلة الأساس في مدينة بورتسودان

Abstract

هدف هذا البحث للتعرف على العلاقة بين التفاؤل وإستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدينة بورتسودان . حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة ( 30 ) معلمومعلمة ولقد تم سحب عينة عشوائية منظمة ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفيالتحليلي وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى وجود علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين التفاؤل و إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة وعند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) , توجد فروق في التفاؤل لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير النوع ولصالح الإناث و عند مستوى الدلالة(0,05), توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط لدى معلمي التربية الخاصةتعزى لمتغير النوع لصالح الذكور عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التفاؤل تعزى لمتغير العمر عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05)لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير العمر عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) , توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التفاؤلتعزى لمتغير سنوات الخيرة عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) , توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة تعزى لمتغيرسنوات الخبرة عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التفاؤلتعزى لمتغير نوع الاعاقة عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05), لاتوجد فروق دالة احصائيا فيإستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوطتعزى لمتغير نوع الاعاقة عند مستوي الدلالة (0,05). كما قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات البحثية المستقبلية بناءاَ على ما توصلت إليه من نتائج .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between optimism and strategies to face psychological pressures among special education teachers in Port Sudan As the number of members of the sample 30 male and female teachers, And a regular random eye has been drawn To make it happen The researcher used Descriptive analytical method The most important results indicated that there is a statistically significant correlation between optimism and stress management strategies among special education teachers and at the significance level (0.05).There are statistically significant differences in optimism attributable to the gender variable in favor of females and at the level of significance (0.05)There are statistically significant differences in strategies for facing psychological stress due to the gender variable in favor of males at the significance level (0.05)There are no statistically significant differences in optimism attributable to the age variable at the significance level (0.05)There are no statistically significant differences in strategies for facing psychological stress due to the age variable at the level of significance (0.05)There are statistically significant differences in optimism attributable to the years of experience variable at the significance level (0.05)There are statistically significant differences in strategies for facing psychological stress due to the variable of years of experience at the significance level (0.05)There are no statistically significant differences in optimism attributable to the type of disability variable at the significance level (0.05)There are no statistically significant differences in strategies for facing psychological stress due to the variable of type of disability at the level of significance (0.05)The researcher also presented a set of recommendations and research proposals based on his findings.
