دور نظم المعلومات في إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية (دراسة تطبيقية على منطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة)

Abstract

تناول البحث دور نظم المعلومات علي القرارات الإدارية بالتطبيق علي منطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة كدراسة حالة حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أثر نظم المعلومات في فعالية اتخاذ القرارات, ومن ابرز أهداف البحث الأتي :-  التعرف علي دور استخدام نظم المعلومات في كفاءة اتخاذ القرارات .  التعرف علي دور استخدام نظم المعلومات في فعالية اتخاذ القرارات .  التعرف علي القرارات وأنماط القرارات الإدارية . اعتمد البحث علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية ولتحليل نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية واعتمد علي الاستبانة في جمع المعلومات . وكانت ابرز النتائج المتحصل عليها هي :  أكدت الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات واتخاذ القرارات .  أكدت الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة إحصائية بين طرق جمع المعلومات وسرعة اتخاذ القرارات  أكدت الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة إحصائية بين توافر المعلومات وفعالية اتخاذ القرارات .  أكدت الدراسة أيضا على أهمية الجانب البيئي . إما ابرز التوصيات فهي :  دراسة إمكانية ربط منطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة مع الجهات ذات العلاقة (جمارك,موانئ,مواصفات,محاجر صحية, حجر زراعي,مخلصين)عبر برنامج يساعد علي تسهيل وتبسيط الإجراءات واتخاذ القرارات .  للاستفادة من نظام المعلومات بمنطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة للمساعدة في إتخاذ القرارات يجب معالجة بعض المشاكل في سرعة نقل البيانات وشكل التقارير النهائية و إدخال كل المعاملات عبر النظام الآلي  تدريب العاملين بمنطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة علي برنامج نظم المعلومات .  تحديث وتطوير برنامج نظم المعلومات بمنطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة لمواكبة التغييرات البيئية الداخلية والمحيطة .

Abstract This research concern with the role of information systems on administrative decisions, applying in Red Sea Free Zone as a case study. Research problem represent in the effect of information systems on decisions-making efficiency, research important aims are as follows: * Understand the rule of using information systems in efficient decision-making. * Understand the rule of using information systems in effective decision-making . * Learn about decisions and patterns of administrative decisions. The research adopted analytical descriptive method to execute field study and to analyze the results of field study depends on questionnaire in data collection. Important results are as follows: *The study confirmed that there is statistical relationship between information systems and decision-making . * The study confirmed that there is statistical relationship between the methods of collecting information and the speed of decision-making . * The study confirmed that there is statistical relationship between the availability of information and the effectiveness of decision-making . * The study also emphasized the importance of the environmental aspect . Research important recommendations as follows: * Study the ability to connect Red Sea Free Zone with concerned bodies (customs, ports, standards ,sanitary quarries, agricultural quarries, clearances) through program that helps to simplify and facilitate measures and decisions-making. *To take advantage of the information system in the Red Sea Free Zone to help in making decisions, some problems must be addressed in the speed of data transfer and the form of final reports , and all transactions entered through the automated system . * Training of workers in the Red Sea Free Zone on information systems program. * Develop and update information systems programs in Red Sea Free Zone to keep pace with internal and surrounding environmental changes.
