مدي كفاية الإفصاح عن معلومات التمويل الإيجاري بالقوائم المالية للشركات السودانية ( دراسة حالة شركة الثغر الهندسية)

Abstract

تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في قياس مدي كفاية الإفصاح عن معلومات التمويل الايجاري بالقوائم المالية للشركات السودانية . هدفت الدراسة الي التعرف علي مدي كفاية الإفصاح عن معلومات التمويل الايجاري بالقوائم المالية للشركات السودانية. لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم افتراض أنه: يوجد نقص في الإفصاح عن بيانات التمويل الايجاري بالقوائم المالية للشركات السودانية، بالإضافة إلى عدم وضوح القواعد و اللوائح التي تحكم عملية التمويل الايجاري بالشركات السودانية. وأخيراً أن القوانين و القواعد الموجودة بشان التمويل الايجاري لا تتناسب مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية .لاختبار تلك الفرضيات أجريت الدراسة الميدانية علي شركة الثغر الهندسية وتم استخدام أداة المقابلة الشخصية إلي جانب البيانات المالية الخاصة للشركة. و من خلال التحليل الإحصائي تم التوصل إلي عدد من النتائج منها: أن هنالك إفصاح كافي عن بيانات التمويل الايجاري بالقوائم المالية بالشركات السودانية. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها أنه يجب علي المنظمات المهنية المحاسبية مراجعة و دراسة القواعد المتعلقة بالتمويل التاجيري .

Abstract

The problem of the study was to measure the efficiency of revealing information concerning rental financing with financial ledgers for the Sudanese companies . the goal of the study is to identify the degree of the efficiency of uncovering financial informations of rental financing for the Sudanese companies. To Achieve the goals of the study it was assumed that there is insufficiency in revealing rental financing information in addition to un clarity of the rules and regulations that control the process of rental financing for the Sudanese companies . Lastly the existing rules and laws of the rental financing not match Islamic Shar’aa Laws. To test these hy po these a field study was applied to Al Thagr Engineering company and personal interviews were used in addition to the financial information of the company. And using statistical analysis the following results were reached : there is sufficient information available concerning rental financing for the Sudanese companies . and the study recommend that the professional accounting institutions should audit and study the regulations concerning rental financing .
