دور الأساليب الكمية المحوسبة في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية ( دراسة الحالة جامعه البحر الأحمر 2017م )

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى ابراز دور الاساليب الكمية المحوسبة فى اتخاذ القرارات الادارية . استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي المسح بالعينة لإثبات صحة أو نفى الفرضيات . توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها :- - اثبتت الدراسة ان الأساليب الكمية المحوسبة تساعد فى اتخاذ القرارات بطريقة موضوعية فى اقل وقت . - هي تعتبر وسيلة فعالة فى فهم وتحديد المشكلة وتحليل المشكلة محل القرار . - اثببت الدراسة ان الأساليب الكمية المحوسبة تعتبر اسلوبا فعالا لتقييم البدائل المتاحة . كما أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها:- - على الإدارة استخدام الأساليب الكمية المحوسبة لاتخاذ قرارات موضوعية فى اقل وقت . - حتى يتم فهم مشكلة القرار الإداري وتقييم البدائل المتاحة لابد من استخدام الأساليب الكمية المحوسبة في تحليل المعلومات المتاحة . - على الإدارة الاعتماد على الأساليب الكمية المحوسبة فى اختيار البديل المناسب من بين البدائل المتاحة .

The study aimed at the role of (CQM ) in making administrative decisions The reseanehnused the analytical descriptive met had and the historical method , includind the samle survey to post riate thehypotheses . The study reached the following results : - The study proved that CQM help to make decisions in an objective manner in the shortest time and that CQM are an effective means of understanding and identifying the problem and enhancing the deeision makig process - The study proved that CQM are an effective method for evaluating available alternatives . The study CQM several recommendations , the most important of which are: -The administration should use CQM Tomake objective decisions the shortest time . -In order to under take administrative decisions , and toevaluate the available altematives , CQM must be used in analyzing available information . - Management should rely on CQM to choose the appropriate alternative among the available alternatives
