تطبيق نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات واثره علي الرقابة الإدارية في منظمات الإعمال دراسة حالة ديوان الضرائب البحر الأحمر (بور تسودان )

Abstract

هدف البحث إلي معرفة اثر استخدام المنظمات لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في الرقابة الإدارية وتقييم وظيفة الرقابة الإدارية في ظل تكنولوجيا المعلومات من وجهة نظر العاملين والمدراء و تتمحور مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال ( إلي إي مدي يتأثر عمل منظمات الإعمال بعملية تطبيق التكنولوجيا في الرقابة الإدارية) . اعتمد البحث علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة وتم تطبيق الدراسة علي ديوان ضرائب البحر الأحمر . توصل البحث الي العديد من النتائج منها ان ديوان الضرائب يطبق التكنولوجيا في العمل الاداري والرقابة الادرية علي وجه الخصوص وكان لذلك اثر واضح علي العمل وتحتاج للاهتمام اكثر بعملية تدريب العاملين علي الانظمة الحديثة . واختتم البحث بالعديد من التوصيات منها : العمل على تعزيز البرامج التكنولوجية الحالية و التحديث المستمر للأنظمة والبرامج التي تسهم في زيادة فاعلية الرقابة الإدارية ضرورة التعرف على الايجابيات المتحققة قبل وبعد عملية التحديث والاستخدام التقني من خلال إيجاد برنامج تغذية عكسية ينقل المعلومات الدقيقة عن ما هو متحقق.

Abstract

The goal of the research is to find out the impact of the use of information technology organizations in administrative control and evaluate the function of administrative control in the light of information technology from the point of view of employees and managers and the problem of study is centered in the question (to what extent the work of the enforcement organizations is affected by the process of applying technology in administrative control) The research was based on the descriptive analytical method in the study and the study was applied to the Red Sea Tax Office The research reached many results, including there is a clear relationship to the use of information technology and the effectiveness of administrative control shown by the search results as indicated the existence of a relationship between the application of information technology in the process of administrative control, saving time, effort and cost. The Tax Office applies technology in administrative work and this has had a clear impact on the work. The research concluded with several recommendations, including: working to strengthen the current technological programs and constantly updating the systems and programs that contribute to increasing the effectiveness of administrative control the need to identify the positives achieved before and after the process of modernization and technical use by creating a reverse feeding program
