درجة توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في مناهج كلية التربية بجامعة البحر الأحمر من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي درجة توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في مناهج كلية التربية بجامعة البحر الأحمر من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، والتعرف علي معايير الجودة في مناهج كلية التربية وتتطابقها مع معايير الجودة في أهداف التعليم العالي. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة تدريس كلية التربية بجامعة البحر الأحمر، وتم اختيار كامل مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (40) عضو من هيئة التدريس، نظراً لطبيعة البحث الحالي فقد وجد الباحث أنه من الأفضل اختيار العينة المجتمع بأكملها، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي النتائج التالية : - توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة بدرجة متوسطة في مناهج كلية التربية بجامعة البحر الأحمر من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. - أن معايير الجودة في مناهج كلية التربية تتطابق مع معايير الجودة في أهداف التعليم العالي مطبقة بدرجة مرتفعة؛ الأمر الذي يؤكد علي أن أهداف التعليم الجامعي منشقة من ثقافة المجتمع وفلسفته . - أن مناهج كلية التربية تلبي بدرجة متوسطة حاجات المتعلمين . - إن معظم البرامج المقترحة لتطوير مناهج كلية التربية وفقاً لمعايير جودة المناهج الدراسية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة . من خلال النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة يوصي الباحث: - تفعيل إداراة؛ الجودة بكلية التربية أساس. - إنشاء إدارة تعنى بجودة المناهج.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of comprehensive quality standards in the Faculty of Education of the Red Sea at the University. The study focusers on the quality from standards related to educational quality form the point of view of faculty perspective of higher education quality standards. The researcher followed the descriptive analytic approach .The whole population of education staff members were put under study . The questionnaire tool was need to gather in formation The main findings of the study were : - Availability of Total standards in the faculty of Education at the University of the Red Sea platforms from the standpoint of the teaching staff moderately standards. - The quality standards in the faculty of Education curricula match the quality standards in the goals of higher education is which emphasize on the objectives of university education dissemination of the community's culture and philosophy. - The faculty of Education curriculum to meet the needs of learners and moderately. - Most of the programs proposed for the development of the faculty of Education Curriculum and according to the standards of the quality of the curriculum was moderately. The researcher recommends the following : 1. To activate quality administration of the faculty of Education. 2. To create an administration for curriculums quality.
