" أثر سمات القيادة على إدارة الوقت " (دراسة حالة :هيئة جمارك ولاية البحر الأحمر ، بورتسودان) للفترة من 2016 ـ 2018 م

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور سمات القيادة الإدارية في تنمية مهارات وكفاءة القادة وكيفية توظيفهم لإدارة الوقت في إجراءات العمل اليومية ، كما هدفت إلى تعزيز المعرفة بسمات القيادة الإدارية في القائد وقدرته في التحكم في الوقت والاستفادة منه بما يعود بالنفع على المنشأة. إتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، إضافة إلى المنهج التاريخي لتتبع الأدبيات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة ومنهج دراسة الحالة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها ما يلي: - توجد علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سمات القيادة الإدارية والالتزام بتنفيذ المهام على أساس الوقت. - تتوفر سمات القيادة بنسبة عالية في الرتب العليا والوسطى لضباط الجمارك - التفويض من سمات القيادة الإدارية الفاعلة التي تعكس إيجابيات توفير الوقت. تأسيساً على النتائج أعلاه؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى التوصيات التالية: - العمل على الاستفادة من إيجابية العلاقة بين سمات القيادة من جهة والثقافة التنظيمية وإدارة الوقت من جهة أخرى. - ضرورة محافظة شاغلي الرتب الشرطية على سمات القيادة لتعزيز قدراتهم على التكيف والتعامل مع مستجدات العمل بكفاءة وفعالية. - الاستفادة من فترات التفويض وتوظيفه التوظيف الأمثل في إدارة الوقت.

Abstract

The study aimed at identify the role of the administrative leadership features in developing the skills and efficiency of the leaders and how they employ time management in the daily routine procedures, and to enhance the knowledge with the administrative leadership features in the leader and his ability to control the time and benefit from it in order to gain more useful benefits to Sudan Custom.

The research followed the analytical descriptive method in addition to the historical method to track the literature reviews which related to the subject of the study, in addition to the case study. The study reached to number of results, among the most important of which are the following: - There is a significant positive correlation between the administrative leadership features and the commitment to perform tasks on a time basis.3 - Leadership features are high at the upper and middle ranks of customs officers - Delegation one of the effective administrative leadership features that may reflect the advantages of saving time.

Based on the above findings, the study recommends the following: - Making use of the positive side of the administrative leadership features on the one hand, organizational culture and time management on the other hand. - Police officers should maintain on the administrative leadership features in order to enhance their ability to adapt and deal with the business latest developments efficiently and effectively. - Utilization of delegation periods and exploit it the optimal exploitation in time management.
