التمويـل الأصغـر و دوره فى مساعـدة الفقـراء الفترة 2005-2008م

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف بالتمويل الأصغر ودوره فى مساعدة الفقراء وذلك بحصولهم على الخدمات المالية. فقد إعتمدت الدراسة فى إختبار فرضياتها على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى . وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية :- - معظم المستفيدين من التمويل الأصغر مشاريعهم ذات طابع تجارى ، وعزوفهم عن التمويل فى الأنشطة الأخرى (صناعية، حرفية، مرأة ) فالإستثمار فى القطاع الصناعى يحتاج الى تمويل كبير (ضخم ) . بالإضافة الى أن هنالك مشاكل للصناعة فى الولاية من مشاكل كهرباء ومياه ومواد خام وغيرها . - الضرائب والرسوم والرخص التجارية مشكلة تعوق نجاح المشاريع الصغيرة التى تحتاج الى دعم. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة تمثلت فيما يلى :- - حث القائمين على أمر السياسات النقدية والتمويلية بالبلاد على جعل برامج التمويل الأصغر ضمن إهتمامهم الأوفر ووضع برامج زمنى محدد لتنفيذ حزمة من المشروعات بالولاية فى مجال صيد الأسماك والأحياء البحرية وفى الزراعة فى ( دلتا طوكر وأربعات ) وغيرها . - الإستفادة من التجارب العالمية بعد إخضاعها للتعديلات التى توافق واقعنا .

Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the micro finance support and its role in helping the poors to get financial services. The study depended on selection of hypotheses of descriptive and analytical method. The study reached at the following results:- - Most of those benefiting from micro finance support .Their projects are of commercial nature and abstain form other financial activities e.g. industrial, vocational, women. Investment in industrial sectored requires big financial and in addition to that the problems facing the industry in the State e.g. power supply, Water, Raw materials, etc. - Taxes, Fees and commercial licenses are another problems hindering success of micro projects that require support. The most important recommendations of the study involved the following:- - To urge those in-charge of monetary and finance policies in the country to give interest to micro finance program and include it to their top alternatives by making specific time-table to carry out bundle of projects with in the State in the fields of fisheries , Marine species and agriculture in Toker Delta, Arbaat, etc. - To benefit from global experiences after amendment to comply with our country nature.
