أثر جودة التقنية الطبية على الجودة الشاملة بالمستشفيات (دراسة حالة – مستشفيات بولاية البحر الأحمر)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الي معرفة الدور الكبير الذي تقدمه جودة التقنية الطبية في المستشفيات في جودة كآفة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة.وتوصلت الدراسة الي نتائج أهمها: - أن تطبيق أنظمة الجودة الشاملة بالمستشفيات له أهمية قصوى لإرتباطه بحياة الناس. - أن جودة التقنيات الطبية و نظم المعلومات المتطورة تسهم في تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية تنال رضا المستهلكين. - أن تطبيق مبادئ الجودة يسهم في تحقيق رضا المستهلك( المريض)وكذلك في عمليات التحسين المستمر. كما تم تحديد بعض التوصيات منها: - توفير تمويل كافي للمجال الصحب حتى يتسنى له القيام بدوره على أكمل وجه. - الإهتمام بجانب التقنيات الطبية وجودتها و معالجة كل المشاكل التى تتعلق بها. - الإهتمام بالتدريب المستمر وتوفير الفرص التدريبيه المناسبه. - تشجيع البحوث المتخصصة في مجالات التقنية الطبية .

Abstract The study aimed to identify the great role played by technical quality in hospitals in all health services provided. The study reached to groups of findings: -The application of comprehensive quality systems in hospitals is of paramount importance to its relevance to people’s lives. -The quality of medical technologies and advanced information systems, contribute to the provision of high quality services to the satisfaction of consumers. -The application of quality principles contributes to customer satisfaction as well as continuous improvement processes. Some recommendations have been identified: -provide sufficient funding for the health care sector so that it can play its role to the fullest. -To take care of the medical techniques and their quality and to address all the problems related to them. -To pay attention to continuous training and provide appropriate training opportunities. -Encouraging specialized researches in the field of medical technology.
