الآثار الإقتصادية لإنتشار أشجار المسكيت بمشروع دلتا طوكر الزراعي في الفترة من (1993/2016م)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على الآثار الإقتصادية لإنتشار أشجار المسكيت بمشروع دلتا طوكر الزراعي، في الفترة من 1993-2016 م، وما صاحب ذلك من التأثيرات السالبة على الإنتاج والإنتاجية، كذلك توضيح أهمية إزالة أشجار المسكيت، مع تناول المجهودات التي اتبعت في الإزالة وأسباب تدهور المشروع. يتبع البحث المنهج الاحصائي الوصفي، والمنهج الإستقرائي التاريخي. إستعان الباحث بمصادر أولية تمثلت في إعداد إستبانة وإجراء مُقابلات مع الإداريين والأكاديميين في منطقة الدراسة ومدينة بورتسودان إضافة لمُلاحظات الباحث، كما إستعان الباحث بمصادر ثانوية تمثلت في تقارير الأداء السنوي لمشروع دلتا طُوكر الزراعي للأعوام 1993- 2016م، الدوريات والمراجع، البحوث والدراسات السابقة، التقارير العلمية التي قدمت في السمنارات وورش العمل المختلفة بواسطة مختصين في هذا المجال، إضافة للمواقع على الشبكة العنكبوتية للمعلومات ذات الصلة بالموضوع. تمَّ اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية مُتجانسة ومُمثلة لمُجتمع الدراسة بلغت في حجمها 100 فرد (مزارعين ـ أعمال أخرى). إضافة للمُقابلات التي تمت مع الإداريين والأكاديميين. توصلت الدراسة لعددٍ من النتائج أهمها: 1. هنالك عوائق أسهمت في إنتشار المسكيت في أراضي مشروع دلتا طوكر الزراعي. 2. هنالك تغييب تام للسياسات الزراعية ومتطلباتها بالمشروع نتيجة قرار الخصخصة الصادر في عام 1993م، أدى إلى عدم تفعيل الأوامر المحلية للغيط وقوانين حيازات الأراضي الزراعية ساهم في تقليص المساحات الزراعية بالمشروع. 3. أن القطاع الزراعي كان يمنح وضعا متدنيا في سلم أولويات تخصيص الموارد على الرغم من كونه المحرك الاقتصادي والإجتماعى. توصلت الدراسة لعدد من التوصيات: 1. عمل دراسات في كيفية محاربة أشجار المسكيت واستخدام آليات حديثة. 2. عمل دراسات في كيفية التغلب على الآثار السلبية لشجرة المسكيت. 3. عمل دراسات حديثة لمعرفة نسبة إنتشار أشجار المسكيت. Abstract

The study aimed to identify the economic effects of spread of prosopis trees (mesquite) in the Tokar Delta agricultural project, within the period from 1993-2016, and negative consequences effects in the production and productivity. It also aimed to clarify the importance of eradication of prosopis trees and discussing efforts followed in the eradication as well as the reason of deterioration of the project. The study followed statistical descriptive and historical deductive method. The researcher used primary resources including a questionnaire and an observation with administrators and academic people, in the research area and the city of Port Sudan, as well as observation more oner, the researcher used secondary resources which are annually reports of agricultural Tokar Dalta project during the period (1993- 2016), periodicals, books and references, researches and previous studies and reports presented and discussed in seminars and workshops by specialists, in addition to websites and internet in respect of the subject of the study. The sample has been chosen from homogeneous group which consists of (100) individuals (farmers ـother business). The study reached to some findings and results: 1. There are some obstructions contribute of the spread of prosopis (mesquite) trees in the land of Tokar Dalta agricultural project. 2. Absence of agricultural policies in the project due to privatization of the project in 1993 lead to absence of enforcing laws related to the custody of land and this resulted in the reduction of agricultural distance in the project. 3. The agricultural sector hasn't been given priority despite it is importance economically and socially. The study reached several recommendations: 1. Carry out studies in how to combat trees of Mesquite (prosopis) using modern machineries. 2. Conduct study in how to overcome the negative effects of Mesquite (prosopis) trees. 3. Carry out modern studies to find out rate of spread of Mesquite (prosopis) trees.
