دراسة الخواص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للزيت المستخلص من بذور الجوجوبا ( HF.Simmondisa chinensis )

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لإستخلاص الزيت من بذور نبات الجوجوبا ودراسة خواصه الفيزيائية والكيميائية . وإتبعت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي العملي ، حيث تم جمع العينات من منطقة أركويت (مزعة البساتين ) جنوب غرب مدينة بورتسودان من إنتاج الموسمين 2010-2011 و2011- 2012 وتم تحضير العينات وإستخلاص الزيت منها ، وأُجريت التحاليل الفيزيائية وهي ( معامل الإنكسار – الكثافة النسبية – الكثافة النوعية – اللزوجة – نسبة الرماد – قياس اللون – نسبة الرطوبة – الشوائب ) . أما الإختبارات الكيميائية التي أُجريت على العينتين هي ( الأحماض الدهنية الحرة – الرقم الحمضي – رقم التصبن – الرقم البيروكسيدي – الرقم اليودي – المواد غير المتصبنة – رقم الاستر ) . وكانت أهم النتائج: - بلغت نسبة الزيت المستخلص للعينة A ( بذور عام 2011-2010 م ) % 53 بينما نسبة الزيت المستخلص للعينة B ( بذور عام -20112012 م ) % 55 - بلغت اللزوجة للزيت A 34.31 ملم2/ث وللزيت B 36.499 ملم2/ث وهي تقع ضمن الحد المسموح به حسب المواصفات الطبيعية لزيت بذرة الجوجوبا وهي 37 - 35 . - وبلغت قيمة الرقم الحمضي للزيت A هو 1.82 وللزيت B هو 1.68 والمواصفة الطبيعية أقل من 2 . ومن أهم التوصيات الإهتمام بزراعة نبات الجوجوبا وزيادة إنتاجه في البيئات التي تصلح للإستثمار فيه ومحاولة الإستخلاص محلياً .

Abstract

The study objective were to elucidate the physical and chemical characteristics of jojoba oil . The study followed the analytical experimental methodology . Samples were collected from Arkawiet horticulture farm during 2011and 2012 . Seeds were decorticated by hand and then Subjected to oil analysis following slandered technique method For each season . The main out comes of study were :- - The extracted oil percentage for jojoba was 53 and 55 percent for 2011 and 2012 respectively . - Physical characteristic refractive index , density , specific gravity , Viscosity , ash , color and moisture . - viscosity for the tow seasons varied from 34.31 and 36.499 mm2/s For 2011 and 2012 respectively. Both values are with in the standard limits of the oil which is 35- 37 mm2/s . The chemical characteristics include free fatty acid , pH , saponification value , peroxide number , iodine number and ester characteristics , the Acidification value for the two seasons were 1.82 and 1.68 for 2011 and 2012 respectively compared to the standard which is less them 2.000 . The study recommend that the Ministry of Agriculture should pay more attention to the husbandry and Gide characteristics of the jojoba in the environments adapted to the plant .
