دور المشروعات الصغيرة في التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة بولاية البحر الأحمر دراسة حالة (الجمعيات النسوية بمدينة بورتسودان) الفترة بين:2010- 2019م

Abstract

يهــدف البحث للتعرف علي مدي مساهمة المشروعات الصغيرة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية للمرأة وبيان دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تمكين المرأة والتعرف علي المعوقات التي تواجه المشروعات الصغيرة التي تديرها المرأة واقتراح بعض التوصيات العلمية للمؤسسات الحكومية والغير حكومية التي تعمل علي التمكين الاقتصادي المرأة ، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاحصائي وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss ، ومن اهم نتائج البحث أثبت البحث أن غالبية المبحوثات يتم توزيع دخلهن للوفاء بالاحتياجات الأساسية حيث بلغت نسبتهن 70.7%، وأن غالبية المبحوثات قدمت لهن الجمعيات تمويل حيث بلغت نسبتهن 86.7%،كما أن المبحوثات أكدن بأن التمويل قليل حيث بلغت نسبتهن 44.0% ، أثبت البحث أن غالبية المبحوثات أكدن أن الصعوبات مرتبطة ارتفاع تكاليف الانتاج حيث بلغت نسبتهن 72.7%، ومن اهم توصيات البحث العمل من كل الجهات التي تهتم بتمكين المرأة بتمليك النساء حرف يدوية وذلك من خلال التدريب المكثف علي مشاريع تكون مجزية في الربح وبأداء عالي تنافس السلع المستوردة ، توفير الاحتياجات الأساسية من صحة، تعليم، مياه من قبل الجهات الحكومية لمواطنيها لتخفيف الأعباء علي الأسر الفقيرة ،على منظمات المجتمع المدني التي تمول النساء لإنشاء مشاريع صغيرة العمل علي رفع سقف التمويل وتوفير التدريب الخارجي لهن .

Abstract

The study aims to identify the extent of the contribution of small projects in achieving the economic development of women, to explain the role of civil society organizations in empowering women, to identify the obstacles facing small projects run by women, and to suggest some scientific recommendations to governmental and non-governmental institutions working to empower women, the study used the descriptive analytical approach Statistical data were analyzed using the(SPSS) social statistical packages program, and among the most important results of the study, the study demonstrated that the majority of respondents are distributing their income to meet basic needs as they reached 70.7%, and the majority of The respondents provided funding for them, as their percentage reached 86.7%, and the majority of respondents confirmed that the funding was small as they reached 44.0%. The study proved that the majority of respondents confirmed that the difficulties are related to the increase in production costs, where they reached 72.7%, and one of the most important recommendations of the study All parties concerned with empowering women by owning and hand through intensive training on projects that are profitable in profit and with high performance competing with imported goods, providing basic needs of health, education, and water by government agencies for their citizens to reduce the burden on poor families, forcivil community organizations to fundwomen to set up small projects to raise the funding ceiling and the provision of external training for them.
