الدور اللوجستي لمحطات بضائع الصب الجاف في ميناء بورتسودان في الفترة من 2009م – 2018م

Abstract

المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة إلي نشر الوعي بمفهوم لوجستيات محطات بضائع الصب الجاف في ميناء بورتسودان بعد الطفرة التكنولوجية الهائلة في صناعة النقل البحري وتأثيرها علي إقتصاديات الدول والدور اللوجستي الذي تلعبه تلك المحطات.

إعتمد البحث في منهجيته على إتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وإستمد بياناته من المقابلات والوصول الي نتائج يمكن تطبيقها من حيث التأثير على تجارة السودان الخارجية .

وقد خلص البحث إلي عدة نتائج أهمها :

- تطبيق الأنشطة الوجستية في محطات بضائع الصب الجاف في ميناء بورتسودان يدعم بصورة ايجابية القدرة التنافسية لميناء بورتسودان. - انشاء محطات متخصصة في تجارة بضائع الصب الجاف يدعم بصورة ايجابية زيادة معدل سرعة تداول البضائع وبالتالي خفض التكاليف.

- عدم توفر الخدمات المساعدة بالصورة التي تؤهل الميناء لكي يكون مركزاً لوجستياً والمتوفر منها به صعوبة وكذلك الضعف الملحوظ في كفاءة المناولة و بطء التعبئة وعدم وجود منافذ شحن آلية وعدم إلتزام أصحاب البضائع ببرامج الشحن من الصوامع مما يؤدي إلي تكدس الحبوب بها وبالتالي عدم وجود الحيز التخزيني . ¬¬¬¬ خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات أهمها :

- أهمية تأهيل وزيادة كفاءة المناولة لزيادة طاقة التفريغ من البواخر والشحن حتى تواكب التطور الضخم في هذا المجال .

- أهمية تأهيل شبكة الطرق وتأهيل السكك الحديدية وزيادة كفاءة محطات الصب الجاف لإنسياب حركة الصادر والوارد خاصة وأن السودان له عدد مقدر من دول الجوار المغلقة .

Abstract The aim of the research is to raise awareness of the concept of logistics of the dry bulk stations in Port Sudan after a significant technological leap in maritime transportation industry and its impact on countries economics, beside the logistic role that played by these stations

In order to achieve these objectives ,the research has adopted a description analytical methods .

The research came up with many results, the most important are: - Application of logistical activities in dry bulk cargo in port Sudan port positively supports the ports competitiveness. - The establishment of stations specializing in the trade of dry bulk goods positively supports the average speed of handling of goods .

- Unavailability of the assistance services , that qualify the port to be logistic hub, and available one contains difficulty as well as the marked weakness in handling efficiency, slow packing ,the absence of automatic cargo outlets and non-compliance of the owners of cargo loading programs of silos, leading to the accumulation of grain and thus the lack of storage space .

The research came out with many recommendations , the most important are :

- The importance of rehabilitation and increase of the efficiency of handling to increase the capacity of unloading and shipping from and to the ships.

- The importance of rehabilitation of the roads and rail network and the establishment of dry and liquid bulk stations for the flow of movement of the import and export especially as Sudan has a number of land lock neighboring countries.
