دور بيانات قائمة التدفقات النقدية في ترشيد القرارات الاستثمارية (دراسة حالة هيئة الموانى البحرية – بور تسودان)

Abstract

هدف البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل دور بيانات قائمة التدفقات النقدية فى ترشيد القرارات الاستثمارية بجانب الخصائص المطلوبة واللازمة لترشيد قرارات المستثمرين. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة أعتمد البحثعلى جمع البيانات الثانويةالمتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة على الادبيات والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة,ومن خلالها تم الحصول على البيانات الثانوية والتى شكلت الاطار النظرى للدراسة,أما الاطار العملى فقد أعتمد الباحث على إعداد الدراسة الميدانية بهيئة المؤانى البحرية وتحليل بيانات التقارير المالية. وخلص البحث الى النتائج التالية - قائمة التدفقات النقدية تقدم بيانات هامة ومفيدة لمستخدميها أكثر من القوائم التقليدية. - الافصاح عن بيانات ومعلومات قائمة التدفقات النقدية يساعد مستخدميها فى اتخاذ قراراته الاستثمارية والائتمانية. - تساعد بيانات التدفق النقدى مستخدميها فى التنبؤ بالتدفقات النقدية المستقبلية. توصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من التوصيات من اهمها : - ضرورة الاهتمام بإعداد قائمة التدفقات النقدية وفق المعايير الدولية والمنشورات الصادر عن الجمعيات المحاسبية. - ضرورة دراسة قياس وعرض قائمة التدفقات النقدية عند اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية. - الاهتمام بإعداد الموازنة النقدية للأنشطة المختلفة ومقارنتها مع بيانات التدفقات النقدية.

Abstract

The goal of the research is to study and analyze the role of data andthe statementof cash flow in order to rationalize investment decisions besidethe desired properties and needed to rationalize the decisions of investors. In order to achieve the objectives ofthe research, the secondary data onthe subject of study were collected and which were obtained as secondary data which to constitute the theoretical frame work for the studyand theoperational frame work for the study of either the operational frame work hasrelied on the preparation of the field studyin form of interviews with key persons in Sudanese Port Corporation The study came out with the following results. - Statement of cash flow rationalize investment decisions and that the most important cash important and useful data to its user more than traditional -Disclosure of data and information of the statementof cash flow helps user in making investment decisions and credit - Help cash flow data users in predicting future cash flow The studycame out with the following recommendations. - Need to focus on the preparation of cash flows in accordance with international standards publications issued byaccounting. -The need to measureand display alist of cash flow making investmentdecisions. -Interest in preparing cash budgets for different activities and compare them with the cash flow data.
